TRW Systems and Information Group, Sunnyvale, Calif., is being awarded a $44,962,144 modification to a cost-plus-award-fee contract to provide for development of a production configuration version of the Joint Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) Avionics Family High Band Subsystem Demonstration unit. The High Band Subsystem will provide signal intelligence and geolocation capability for airborne reconnaissance platforms. At this time, $5,000,000 of the contract funds have been obligated. Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems, Orlando, Fla., is being awarded an $8,855,229 modification to a cost-plus-award-fee contract to provide for Receiver-Selective Availability Anti-Spoof Module integrating, testing and readiness demonstration prior to incorporation into Lot 2 production. At this time, $1,335,100 of the contract funds have been obligated. The work is expected to be completed March 2003. General Electric Aircraft Engines, Cincinnati, Ohio, is being awarded a $7,600,000 modification to a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide for engineering and support services in support of the Component Improvement Program in support of the TF-39 engine on the C-5 aircraft. The work is expected to be completed July 2002. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker AFB, Okla., is the contracting activity (F41608-97/C-0452, P00028).

Woodward FST, Inc., Zeeland, Mich., is being awarded a $6,884,800 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract to provide for repair of 325 fuel manifolds applicable to the TF-33 engines on the B-52H, KC-135 and E-3C aircraft. Funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker AFB, Okla., is the contracting activity (F34601-00/D-0120, P00005).

ITT Industries, Colorado Springs, Col., is being awarded a $10,800,000 modification to firm-fixed-price with economic price adjustments/time and materials contract DAAB07-00-C- A261, to award a not-to-exceed ceiling price for the Integrating Monitoring and Power Control Subsystem (IMPCS) and Wideband Anti-Jam Modem Monitoring and Control Engineering Change Proposal to enhance IMPCS capabilities. Work will be performed in Colorado Springs, Col., and is expected to be completed by July 31, 2010. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There was an announcement on the World Wide Web on April 7, 2000, and two bids were received. The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, N.J., is the contracting activity.

Chandler Evans Control Systems, West Hartford, Conn., is being awarded $7,992,831 as part of a $16,311,900 firm-fixed-price contract for 136 Digital Electronic Control Units and 142 Hydro Mechanical Assemblies for the CH-47D Chinook T55-GA-714A engine program. Work will be performed in West Hartford, Conn., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on Jan. 22, 2001. The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (DAAH23-01-C-0101).

Electric Boat Corp., Groton, Conn., is being awarded a $ 7,022,282 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide a Nuclear Regional Maintenance Department (NRMD) at Naval Submarine Base, New London. The contract provides for stand up of a NRMD consisting of project management, planning, training, and radiological control services to accomplish nuclear submarine maintenance, modernization and repairs in support of operational submarines and historic ship Nautilus and includes supporting shop services and other submarine support requirements. Work will be performed in the New London, Conn. area, and is expected to be completed by September 2001. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00024-01-C-2900).
