In view of Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen's scheduled testimony before the Senate Armed Service Committee, today's DoD Press Briefing is canceled.
Cohen and Gen. Henry H. Shelton, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, will discuss the Kosovo Campaign After Action Review before an open session of the committee today at 9:30 a.m. EDT in room 106 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building. Following this open session, Cohen and Shelton will go into closed session with the committee.
Their prepared joint statement will be available for release at 9:30 a.m. from the Directorate for Defense Information.
