Cohen Lecture Series sponsored by the University of Maine's William S. Cohen Center for International Policy and Commerce, Maine Center for the Arts Auditorium, 5746 Maine Center Arts, University of Maine, Orono, Maine, at 9 a.m. EDT, on Oct. 13.
