AIR FORCE

Loral Systems Company, Akron , Ohio, is being awarded a $21,649,311 facevalue increase to a modification to extend a firm fixed price contract forprocurement of Contractor Logistics Support for FY-95, for Weapon SystemTrainers (WST), for the F-15 Aircraft. Contract is expected to be completedSeptember 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the currentfiscal year. One bid was solicited, and one proposal was received HeadquartersOgden Air Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah is the contractingactivity (F42630-91-C/1090,P00034).

Chromalloy Gas Turbine Corporation, Midwest City, Oklahoma, is being awarded a$5,592,203 firm fixed price contract for the repair of F110-GE-100 HPT Bladesapplicable to the F16 Aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed May 1996.Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Threebids were solicited and two proposals were received. The solicitation wasissued in October 1995, and negotiations concluded in December 1995. OklahomaCity Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma is the contractingactivity (F34601-96-D/0118).

Allied Signal Incorporated, Phoenix, Arizona, is being awarded a $5,201,429 Firm Fixed Price and Cost Plus Fixed Price contract forrepair and overhaul of various quantities of twelve components applicable tothe secondary power system on the B-1B aircraft. Contract is expected to becompleted . Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscalyear. One bid was solicited and one proposal was submitted. Solicitation beganin October of 1994 and negotiations ended in December 1995. San Antonio AirLogistics Center, Kelly Air Force Base, Texas is the contracting activity(F41608-95-D/1431).

ARMY

Pentastar Electronics Incorporated, Huntsville, Alabama, was awarded onDecember 22, 1995, a $7,484,766 unpriced contractual action contract for 27direct support electrical system test sets (DSESTS) tube launched opticallytracked wire guided (TOW) test program set (TPS) in support of the (DSESTS).Work will be performed in Huntsville, Alabama, and is expected to be completedby September 30, 1997. Of the total contract funds, $2,483,948 will expire atthe end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiatedon November 30, 1995. The contracting activity is the U.S. ArmyTank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Rock Island, Illinois(DAAE20-95-G-0001).
