AIR FORCE

Lockheed Aeronautical Systems Company, Marietta, Georgia, is being awarded a$13,343,257 face value increase to a cost plus award fee contract for varioushardware assets (racks and fixtures, power supplies, modules and components,receivers, signal processors) and supplemental hardware and softwaredevelopment in support of the planned Tactical Link 16 effort for the F-22aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed September 2002. Contract fundswill not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Aeronautical SystemsCenter, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity(F33657-91/C0006, P00224).

NAVY

Lockheed Martin, Information Systems, Orlando, Florida, is being awarded a$5,190,000 modification to previously awarded contract N61339-86-C-0152 for theprocurement of one M1 Tank Driver Trainer for the government of Egypt. Workwill be performed in Orlando, Florida, and is expected to be completed byAugust 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscalyear. This contract was not competitively procured. This contract involvespurchases for the government of Egypt under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS)Program. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando,Florida, is the contracting activity.

Martin Marietta, Government Electronic Systems (a subsidiary of LockheedMartin), Moorestown, New Jersey, is being awarded a $82,971,196 modification topreviously awarded contract N00024-95-C-5159 to provide AEGIS Combat System(ACS) baseline upgrade and critical experiment development. Work will beperformed in Moorestown, New Jersey, and is expected to be completed by March2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Sea Systems Command,Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
