Senior defense officials will conduct a background briefing on Secretary of Defense William J. Perry's upcoming trip to Europe and the Middle East for interested news media on Friday, Dec. 22 at the Pentagon, Room 2E800 at 11:15a.m. The Secretary of Defense will travel to Europe and the Middle East in early January 1996.
