Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will address the combined meeting of theMid-America Committee, the Chicago Council on Foreign Relations and theChicagoland Chamber of Commerce, Monday, Dec. 11, at 11:20 a.m. (CST) at theChicago Hilton and Towers, Grand Ballroom, 720 South Michigan Ave., Chicago,Ill. Topic of the speech will be the U.S. military peacekeeping mission inOperation Joint Endeavor in Bosnia.
