Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will host an Honor Cordon to welcomeMinister of Defense Division Gen. Pavel Creanga, of the Republic of Moldova, tothe Pentagon at 10:30 a.m. (EST), Monday, Dec. 4, 1995. The Cordon will beheld on the steps of the Pentagon River Entrance.

Secretary Perry and Gen. Creanga will sign a Memorandum on Cooperation onDefense and Military Relations, in Room 3E869 following the ceremony.
