AIR FORCE

Lockheed Martin Corporation, Marietta, Georgia, is being awarded a $47,302,000 face value increase to a firm fixed price contract to provide for two C-130T aircraft and associated data for the Navy Reserve. Contract is expected to be completed December 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. ASC/LBA, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio is the contracting activity (F33657-90-C-0071-P00082).

Boeing Company, Wichita, Kansas, is being awarded a $8,692,353 face value increase to a firm fixed price contract to provide for two shipsets of the Multipoint Refueling System (pods for wing tanks) applicable to the KC-135 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed August 1996. Contract funds of $8,692,353 will expire September 1998. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio is the contracting activity (F33657-95-C-0046, P00013).

Loral Federal Services Corporation, Bethesda, Maryland, is being awarded a $6,673,334 face value increase to a cost plus award fee contract to provide for development of upgrades to the Resource Management Segment and the Standard Satellite Control Segment of the Satellite Control Network. The work will be performed at in Colorado Springs, Colorado (70%) and Bethesda Maryland (30%). The contract is expected to be completed September 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Space and Missile Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California, is the contracting activity (F04701-96-C- 0032)

Lockheed Martin Corporation, Denver, Colorado, is being awarded a $1,155,086,944 modification to a firm fixed price contract to provide for administrative transfer of all remaining Titan launch vehicle production effort from the 1985 contract. The contract is expected to be completed September 2003. Contract funds will expire September 1996. Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles, California is the contracting activity (F04701-96-C-0001, P00007).

Lockheed Martin Corporation, Denver, Colorado, is being awarded a $62,293,833 contract to transfer all remaining Titan launch systems research and development effort from the 198 Titan contract to the new Tital research and development contract. Contract is expected to be completed December 1998. Contract funds of 31,821,241 will expire September 1996, all additional funds will expire at September 1997. Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles, California, is the contracting activity(F04701-96-C-0035).

Lockheed Martin Corporation, Denver Colorado, is being awarded a $40,525,756 contract to transfer all remaining Titan launch systems launch operations effort form the 1985 Titan contract to the new Titan launch operations contract. Contract is expected to be completed September 2003. Contract funds of $14,309,533 will expire September 1996. Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles, California, is the contracting activity (F04701-96-C-0012, P00007).

Allied-Signal Incorporated, Teterboro, New Jersey, is being awarded a $7,937,940 contract to provide for repair of varying quantities of 668 components applicable to the Avionics Intermediate Shop for the F-15 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed December 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There was one firm solicited and one proposal was received. Solicitation began in July 1995 and negotiations were completed June 1995. San Antonio Air Logistics Center, Kelly Air Force Base, Texas is the contracting activity (F41608-96-D-0847).

ARMY

R.C. Construction Company, Incorporated*, and John H. Powers and Charles M. Powers, a joint venture, Greenwood, Mississippi, was awarded on June 28, 1996, a $10,878,000 firm fixed price contract for construction of an Arrival/Departure Airfield Control Group Staging Complex - Phase 1A. The project includes construction of a passenger building (approximately 49,000 sf), a parachute rigging/ammo holding facility (approximately 21,000 sf) for the Initial Ready Company (IRC), a jump prep mockups, and parachute landing platform. Effort also includes the relocation of Rifle Range Road and Hurst Drive and the construction of a grenade range. Supporting facilities include all utilities, communications, paving, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, security lighting and fencing. Work will be performed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and is expected to be completed by February 29, 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 85 bids solicited on December 27, 1995, and three bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah, Georgia (DACA21-96-C-0062).

General Electric Company, Lynn, Massachusetts, is being awarded a delivery order amount of $29,040,525 as part of a cumulative ceiling amount of $50,704,837 unpriced contractual action-ultimately firm fixed price contract for 33 T-700 engine series spare parts for the UH60 Black Hawk and the AH64 Apache helicopters. Work will be performed in Lynn,

Massachusetts, and is expected to be completed by March 1, 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on June 17, 1995. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Aviation and Troop Command, St. Louis, Missouri (F34601-92-G-0010).

NAVY

Tracor Applied Sciences, Incorporated, Rockville, Maryland, is being awarded a $16,701,745 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee completion contract for scientific, engineering and technical support for ongoing and future RDT&E projects in the areas of signature reduction materials, systems and related technology. Work will be performed in Rockville, Maryland (80%), Bethesda, Maryland (10%), and aboard ships at sea (10%), and is expected to be completed by July 2001. Contract funds in the amount of $10,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 41 proposals solicited and one offer received. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Bethesda, Maryland, is the contracting activity (N00167-96-D-0041).
