Navy contracts announced in release number 195-95 were announced on 15 March
1995. The following are the contracts for 12 April 1995.
PRC Environmental Management, Inc., San Francisco, California, is being
awarded a $1,385,265 (six month base period) cost-plus-fee indefinite delivery
contract for a Comprehensive Long-Term Environmental Action, Navy (C.L.E.A.N.
II) as a follow-on to the existing CLEAN I contract. The total contract amount
is not to exceed $260,000,000 (base period and nine one-year options). Work to
be performed provides for program management and technical services associated
with support of the Installation Restoration Program and Base Closure
environmental efforts at various Naval installations. Work will be performed
at various locations in California (99.5%) and Nevada (.5%), and is not to
exceed 9.5 years. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 12 proposals
received. The Engineering Field Activity West, Naval Facilities Engineering
Command, San Bruno, California, is the contracting activity
(N62474-94-D-7609).
R. Zoppo Company, Inc.,* Stoughton, Massachusetts, is being awarded a
$9,577,572 firm-fixed price contract for upgrade and improvements to a sanitary
sewer system for the Naval Education Training Center, Newport, Rhode Island.
Work will be performed in Newport, Rhode Island, and is expected to be
completed by April 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 197 offers
solicited and nine proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering
Command, Northern Division, Lester, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity
(N62472-93-C-0023).
American Management Systems, Inc., Arlington, Virginia, is being awarded a
$9,272,838 cost-plus-fixed fee modification to previously awarded contract
N0012-93-D-0202 for management, technical and professional support services for
the Naval Shipyard Corporation Operations Strategy and Plan (COSP). Work will
be performed in Arlington, Virginia, (30%), and in Norfolk, Virginia (70%), and
is expected to be completed by December 1995. Contract funds will not expire
at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively
procured. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is the contracting activity.
