Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a
$126,070,000 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-92-C-0124 for
the procurement of 12 AH-1W helicopters for the U.S. Marine Corps, and eight
AH-1W helicopters for the government of Taiwan, under the Foreign Military
Sales Program (FMS). This procurement includes integrated logistics support,
technical data, and related technical support. Work will be performed in Fort
Worth, Texas, and is expected to be completed by September 1997. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air
Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
Llamas Plastics, Inc., Sylmar, California, is being awarded a $5,737,282
five-year requirements contract for windshield assembly parts in support of the
S-3 aircraft. Work will be performed in Sylmar, California, and is expected to
be completed by April 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Navy
Aviation Supply Office, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity

Hughes Radar Systems, El Segundo, California, is being awarded a $13,000,000
firm-fixed-price contract for APG-65 radar spare parts for the F/A-18 aircraft.
Work will be performed in El Segundo, California, and is expected to be
completed by June 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Navy
Aviation Supply Office, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity

Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC) Range Services, West Palm
Beach, Florida, is being awarded a $10,000,000 modification to previously
awarded contract N61339-92-C-0011 to exercise an option for the operation and
maintenance, and related support services, for the Atlantic Undersea Test and
Evaluation Center. Work will be performed on Andros Island, Bahamas, and is
expected to be completed by March 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the
end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Training Systems
Division, Orlando, Florida, is the contracting activity.
