DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Bergen Brunswig Drug Co., Orange, California is being awarded an estimated $19,173,536 firm fixed price modified requirements contract to provide pharmaceutical products under the Prime Vendor Pharmaceuticals program. One hundred ten proposals were solicited and six were received. Work will be performed in Mobile, Alabama; Shreveport, Louisiana; Montgomery, Alabama; and Meridian, Mississippi and is expected to be completed by April 7, 1996. The Defense Personnel Support Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is the contracting activity (SP0200-94-D-7006).

Gibraltar PR, Inc.*, San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico is being awarded a $5,709,250 firm fixed price contract to provide hot weather, woodland camouflage, Type III trousers. Four proposals were solicited and four were received. Work will be performed in Aibonito, Puerto Rico and is expected to be completed by January 1996. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Personnel Support Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is the contracting activity (SP0100-95-C-1056).

Propper International, Inc.**, Mayaguez, Puerto Rico is being awarded a $5,305,790 firm fixed price contract to provide hot weather, woodland camouflage, Type III trousers. Four proposals were solicited and four were received. Work will be performed in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico; Adjuntas, Puerto Rico; and Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico and is expected to be completed by January 1996. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Personnel Support Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is the contracting activity (SP0100-95-C-1057).

NAVY

Advanced Marine Enterprises, Inc., Arlington, Virginia, is being awarded a $32,429,118 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for 750,000 manhours of engineering and technical services to support new ship design, ship modification, ship conversion, and ship modernization, in support

of Naval Sea Systems Command programs and projects. Work will be performed in Arlington, Virginia (78.4%), Alexandria, Virginia (5%), New York, New York (7%), Mystic, Connecticut (2%), Rockville, Maryland (2%), Springfield, Virginia (2%), Thorofare, New Jersey (2%), Temecula, California (.7%), Burke, Virginia (.5%), Burlington, Massachusetts (.3%), and Laurel, Maryland (.1%), and is expected to be completed by March 1996. Contract funds in the amount of $1,100,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 125 proposals solicited and two offers received. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C. , is the contracting activity (N00024-95-C-4120).

Lockheed Missiles & Space Company, Inc., Sunnyvale, California, is being awarded a $20,742,075 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for continued technical support of the United Kingdom's Polaris (A3), and Trident (D5) missile systems. Work will be performed in Sunnyvale, California, and is expected to be completed by March 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Navy's Strategic Systems Program, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00030-95-C-0048).

AIR FORCE

Rockwell International Corporation, Command and Control Systems Division, Richardson, Texas, is being awarded a $6,770,000 face value increase to a Firm Fixed Price contract for various spare parts and additional equipment for the Milstar Command Post Production Program. Contract is expected to be completed December 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Electronic Systems Center, Hansom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity (F19628-93-C-0033/P00010).

GTE Government Systems, Frederick, Maryland, is being awarded the following four contracts: $5,754,500 (F1162-95/D-0001); $6,730,950 (F11624-95/D002); $5,263,499 (F11624-95/D-003) and 5,747,325 (F11624-95/D-0004. These are Requirements contracts providing for engineering, installation and test of Regional Distribution, Systems for Telecommunications. Contracts are expected to be completed April 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. One hundred and ninety bids were solicited and four proposals were received. The solicitation was issued in June 1994 and negotiations were completed in January 1995. The Communications Systems Program Office, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, is the contracting activity.

The Environmental Company, Charlottesville, VA, is being awarded a $25,000,000 Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery contract for architect-engineering services to perform environmental studies and design in support of environmental remediation efforts. The work will be performed at various Air Force installations in the United States and its territories. Contract is expected to be completed April 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Ninety-five proposals were received. The solicitation was issued in July 1993 and negotiations were completed in March 1995. Headquarters, Human Systems Center, Brooks Air Force Base, Texas 78235 is the contracting activity (F41624-95/D-8002).

Foothill Engineering Consultants, Golden, Colorado, is being awarded a $25,000,000 Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery contract architect-engineering services to perform environmental studies and design in support of environmental remediation efforts. This work will be performed at various Air Force installations in the United States and its territories. Contract is expected to be completed April 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Nintey-five proposals were received. The solicitation was issued in July 1993 and negotiations were completed in March 1995.
