Maj. Gen. Robert H. Scales, Jr., Director of Military Support (DOMS), Department of Defense, will brief at 1:30 p.m. (EDT), Thursday, April 20, 1995, on military support being provided as part of recovery efforts in the Oklahoma bombing.
