Secretary of Defense William Perry will visit St. Louis tomorrow to address the Regional Commerce and Growth Association. The speech will be at 12:45 p.m. (CDT) in the Promenade Ballroom of the Adams Mark Hotel, 4th and Chestnut Streets, St. Louis. It is open to the media. There is also a press availability following the speech at the same location at 1:35 p.m. (CDT).

Prior to his stop in St. Louis, Secretary Perry will visit Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo., to observe basic training and meet with Haitian police cadets training at the post. There will be a press availability at the Haitian police training site at 10:15 a.m. (CDT).
