Benefits
The School of Public Health and Health Services (SPHHS) offers an outstanding, Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH) accredited academic experience in the Nation’s Capital, and dedicated faculty and staff, who serve you as ongoing resources throughout the academic and overseas experiences, and as alumni of the program. The foremost benefit of the Master's International Program with the Peace Corps is that upon successful completion of university requirements and Peace Corps service, you will have a master's degree and two years of international experience to show for your efforts. Master’s International program students at SPHHS complete their Practicum and Culminating Experience curriculum requirements (4 credits) while in the Peace Corps and receive a four credit scholarship to cover the cost of these course credits.
