(not a U.S. Government Web site)
Abstract:

This report assists State public health programs in meeting the accountability mandates of Title V of the Social Security Act. It describes the childhood component of the National Health Interview Disability Supplement and current plans for the release of data files, identifies ways in which state Title V programs can apply the data to their own purposes of needs assessment and program planning, and suggests other related resources that state children with special health care needs program personnel might find useful.
