The site administrator and site facilitator are defined as separate functions and
the functions may or may not be performed by the same person.

A site administrator is responsible for:
- identifying downlink sites
- registering sites for courses
- monitoring participant registration
|
|
A site facilitator is responsible for:
- coordinating with site technician
- preparing the site for the satellite broadcast
- distributing materials, if needed
- assisting participants at the site as needed
- returning optical scan forms to CDC, as needed
