ESU STATUS AND DESCRIPTION: Listed as a threatened species on ; threatened status reaffirmed on . The ESU includes all naturally spawned populations of sockeye salmon in Ozette Lake and streams and tributaries flowing into Ozette Lake, Washington, as well as two artificial propagation programs: the Umbrella Creek and Big River sockeye hatchery programs.
