Michael H. Gottesman participated in many of the leading early Title VII cases, representing the interests of labor unions. Specializing in the fields of labor law, constitutional law, and civil rights, Mr. Gottesman practiced with the Washington, D.C., firm Bredhoff and Kaiser from 1961-88, and argued numerous cases in the U.S. Supreme Court. A University of Chicago and Yale Law School graduate, Mr. Gottesman currently is a Professor of Law at the Georgetown University Law Center, where he teaches labor and employment, constitutional law, civil rights, and torts.
