Professor Samuel A. Marcosson, is Associate Professor of Law, Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville. Prof. Marcosson teaches, among other subjects, employment discrimination, constitutional law, and disability law. A 1986 graduate of the Yale Law School, Prof. Marcosson clerked for Second Circuit Judge George C. Pratt and was an attorney in the EEOC's Appellate Services Division from 1988-1996, arguing Title VII cases before the US Courts of Appeals throughout the country.
