Melissa Josephs

Melissa Josephs is the Director of EEO Policy and directs the Women Employed Institute's research and equal employment opportunity program that monitors national and state legislation and organizes legislative activity that affects working women. She also directs Women Employed's Job Problems Counseling Service which advises women regarding unfair and illegal workplace issues. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law, Ms. Joseph was the lead monitor for the landmark race and sex discrimination settlement between the Ford Motor Company and the EEOC, 1999-2003.
