Jocelyn Frye is Director of Legal and Public Policy at the National Partnership for Women & Families in Washington, DC. Ms. Frye, a 1985 University of Michigan and 1988 Harvard Law School graduate, focuses her work primarily on employment and welfare-to-work issues, with a particular emphasis on the problems facing women of color. Ms. Frye's areas of expertise include affirmative action, welfare reform, access to education and training, and employment barriers affecting low-income women.
