Commission schedules special public meeting to address Energy Policy Act items
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Chairman Joseph T. Kelliher today announced that the Commission will convene a special February 2, 2006, public meeting limited to consideration of items related to the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPAct).
"We are committed to meeting all of our EPAct implementation obligations on time, and this special meeting will help us assure that outcome," Chairman Kelliher said.
The meeting, scheduled for 10:00 a.m., will be held at the Commission's headquarters located at 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C.
