In addition, Judge Dring has worked in private practice and served as the Manager of Regulatory Affairs for a gas transmission company.
Judge Dring served three years as a legislative assistant for former Congressman Robin Beard of Tennessee.
Judge Dring received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service.
