Training and Research Opportunities in Occupational Safety and Health |
The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) is pleased to announce the availability of exciting training and research opportunities at our research facilities. NIOSH is the only federal agency mandated to conduct and fund occupational safety and health research and has training and research opportunities available in many different disciplines, for individuals in various stages of their training or career (from undergraduate college students to full-time faculty).
Through the available training and research programs, NIOSH offers the opportunity to conduct cutting-edge research, and to participate in the discovery, investigation, and prevention of emerging, as well as enduring, occupational health problems. Through these programs, NIOSH offers the opportunity to solve real problems in real workplaces. NIOSH program assignments are available in Anchorage, Atlanta, Cincinnati, Morgantown, and Pittsburgh.
