Payment Terms. Orders submitted through the AWWA Bookstore Catalog require payment by credit card. VISA^®, MasterCard^®, Discover^®, and American Express^® are accepted. To protect your credit card numbers and other personal data, AWWA handles transactions on secure servers, and all sensitive order information is encrypted before transmission.

Member Price. AWWA members may purchase many products at special member prices — up to one-third off retail — as stated in product descriptions. To receive member price on your bookstore order, you must first log in. Membership status will be confirmed during order processing. This member benefit is not transferable.

International Orders. AWWA welcomes orders for its products from anywhere in the world. Payment must be denominated in U.S. currency. The section on Shipping indicates how this additional charge will be calculated, depending on the location to which the order will be shipped. Note that customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs charges assessed by entities other than AWWA.

Member Billing Option. AWWA North American members can choose to be billed for orders over $35. Simply select your products from the AWWA Bookstore, then click Checkout. Enter billing and shipping information, then click Submit. When the Order Detail and Payment page displays, click Print at the bottom of the page. Add a note to the printout asking to be billed and supplying your member number, then either

Returns
Software is not refundable unless returned unopened in original packaging, with seal not broken or removed, and accompanied with documentation. AWWA will exchange defective product(s) for a new copy.

All returns, except for incorrect or damaged shipments, must be pre-authorized by AWWA. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition. To assure prompt and proper credit:

1. Request return authorization from AWWA Customer Service within 60 days of your invoice date.
2. Return merchandise with the following: order or invoice number and the reason for the return.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales taxes will be added for orders shipped to customers in Colorado:

• State: 2.9%—All Colorado residents
• RTD: 1.0%—Residents of the Regional Transportation District
• Denver: 3.62%—All Denver residents
• Cultural dist. 0.1%—Denver metro residents
• Stadium dist. 0.1%—Denver metro residents

Canadian Goods and Services Tax of 5% will be added to orders shipped to Canada.

Shipping

AWWA will add shipping charges to all orders from the AWWA Bookstore. To calculate this charge for your order, please refer to the chart below:

Foreign Expedite 5-15 business days for delivery
Foreign Standard 13-25 business days for delivery - no tracking available

When shipping to addresses in the continental United States and Canada, AWWA uses commercial carriers. Please note: Pricing and shipping charges are subject to change without notice.
