DESCRIPTION:
The tourism corporation's mission is to enhance the city's economy by continually increasing the number of overnight visitors to the Washington area. The corporation works in conjunction with the city government and member companies to collectively market the Washington area to prospective meeting and convention clients, US and international tour organizers, and business and vacation travelers.
