Provide an environment conducive to full workforce participation in decision making via teams.

Effective teams optimize problem solving and office operations.


Specific Job Task Skills and Knowledge

1. Knowledge and skills of team dynamics:

  • Team behavior
  • Responsibility of team membership
  • Conflict resolution within team
  • 2. Know when and how to use teams.

    3. Managing team activities, i.e.:

  • Organizing, coordinating, implementing
  • Team charging
  • Team products/output

  • Instructional Components

    Instructional Component 2.1 Participate in contracted team training when provided for the office.

    Instructional Component 2.3 If selected, participate in contracted team facilitator training when provided for the office
