Understanding of the real property installed equipment (RPIE) systems located at a NWR facility.

Specific Job Task Skills and Knowledge

1. Knowledge of operation of NWR HVAC system and controls.

2. Knowledge of operation of NWR site EPG system, Transfer switch, and controls.

3. Knowledge of site Security system general operation, activation/deactivation, status and controls.

4. General knowledge of NWR/EPG building facility infrastructure.

5. Knowledge of NWR site grounding system/grid layout and testing, and lightening protection equipment.

6. Knowledge of hazardous weather survival/travel techniques (Remote Sites).

7. Knowledge of all associated maintenance contracts/contractor contacts associated with related NWR equipment.
