Description of Job Duty Competency to be Achieved

Ability to assist office staff in the use of COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) software and local applications including Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).

Description of Need

To ensure that office staff are able to utilize COTS software and local applications to perform NWS duties.

Specific Job Task Skills and Knowledge

1. Must posses the ability to assist the use of RDBMS software and applications.

2. Must possess the ability to utilize and assist the use of PC-based COTS office suites.
