Disaster Recovery Centers to Operate Under Abbreviated Holiday Hours

SALEM, Ore. -- The four Disaster Recovery Centers (DRCs) in Oregon will be open from 9 a.m.  to 2 p.m on Monday, December 24, and will be closed on Tuesday, December 25.  They will re-open on Wednesday, December 26 to regular hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.  More than 1,832 Oregonians have registered for assistance.

Survivors of the severe storms, flooding, landslides and mudslides that occurred Dec. 1-17 are urged to call 1-800-621-3362 (FEMA) to register for FEMA and State assistance. The TTY number is 1-800-462-7585 for applicants with special speech or hearing needs. Registration is also available on the Internet at www.fema.gov. DRCs are open at the following locations:
