Fiscal Year 2005 Report on Acquisitions

Public Law 108-199, Title VI, General Provisions, Section 645

This document constitutes the Peace Corps' FY 2005 report to Congress on acquisitions from entities that manufacture articles, materials or supplies outside of the United States.

(1) The dollar value of any articles, materials, or supplies that were manufactured outside the United States procured by the Peace Corps=$0.00.

(2) An itemized list of waivers granted by the Peace Corps in FY 2005 with respect to such articles, materials, or supplies under this Act=None.

(3) Summary of Total Procurement Funds Expended:

(a)Funds expended by the Peace Corps in FY 2005 on articles, materials, and supplies manufactured inside the United States = $5,515,620.00.

(b)Funds expended by the Peace Corps in FY 2005 on articles, materials, and supplies manufactured outside the United States = $0.00.
