• Changing the Equation is a video that presents findings from the National Math Panel.
• What’s Happening in Darfur? - This Xpeditions interdisciplinary lesson can be used in conjunction with math lessons on charting percentages. It covers the conflict between the people of Darfur and the Janjaweed militia, its impact on the people of Darfur and neighboring countries, and the international response.

NASA Education provides activities and resources for K-12 educators related to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

• PBS Teachers: Science & Tech - Find activities, lesson plans, and professional development information for grades K-12.
• Smithsonian Education Science & Technology lesson plans emphasize inquiry-based learning and provide all the materials needed for the activities. In addition, the Smithsonian's Science & Nature site offers games, activities, and other resources.
