Subject: Accelerated Supplemental Reporting Requirements for Statements of Transactions and Statements of Accountability

Rescission: I TFM Announcement No. A-2002-04

This TFM announcement notifies agencies that, beginning with the accounting month of March 2004 (reports due in April), the supplemental reporting due date for the following forms has been accelerated to the 3rd workday of the month:

• FMS 224: Statement of Transactions (Classified According to Appropriation, Fund and Receipt Account; and Related Control Totals).
• FMS 1219: Statement of Accountability.
• FMS 1220: Statement of Transactions (According to Appropriations, Funds and Receipt Accounts).
• SF 1218: Statement of Accountability (Foreign Service Account).
• SF 1221: Statement of Transactions (According to Appropriations, Funds and Receipt Accounts (Foreign Service Account)).

However, the Financial Management Service (FMS) may request that an agency submit supplemental reporting after the 3rd workday if required. The due dates for all Statements of Transactions/Accountability reporting are as follows:
