VERIFYING ADOBE READER VERSION
To verify the version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer:
• Open Adobe Reader.
• Click on the Adobe Reader icon on your Windows desktop if it exists, or
• Click the START button on the Windows task bar and click on “All Programs.” Adobe Reader
may be listed on the main dropdown menu, or it may reside in a folder such as “Accessories”.
• Open Adobe Reader. Click on the HELP drop down menu and select ABOUT ADOBE READER...
• In the popup, the version number will be found in an area under the words “Adobe Reader" as
shown in the red bordered area of the example above, though the location may vary from the
example depending upon the version on your computer.
• If the version on your computer is not 7.0.5 or greater, you will need to
upgrade to the latest version
to ensure proper completion of the application wizard process.
