What is Dapper?

Dapper is a Web server that provides access to in-situ or gridded oceanographic or meterological data through the OPeNDAP protocol. Dapper also comes with DChart, an AJAX based user interface that allows users to plot and download data from any Dapper OPeNDAP server.
