Three volume diary kept by Oviatt during his Civil War service with the Sixth
Ohio Cavalry Regiment. Includes typewritten transcripts of two volumes prepared
in 1995.

three-volume diary, 1863-1865, kept by Oviatt during his Civil War service with
the Sixth Ohio Cavalry Regiment. Typewritten transcripts of the volumes for
1864-1865 prepared by a descendant in 1995 are also included.
