NHCOA Welcome

Welcome/Bienvenidos to the website of the National Hispanic Council on Aging, the premier organization that celebrates the older generation in nuestra familia!

The National Hispanic Council on Aging (NHCOA) is the premier non-profit organization in the nation, advocating on behalf of Hispanic older adults.

For over 25 years, NHCOA has supported the growing number of aging Hispanic adults through the building of support networks, capacity-building assistance to support and strengthen Hispanic community-based organizations, advocacy, research, and funding for community-based projects. Our efforts seek to empower Hispanic community organizations and agencies, as well as Hispanic older adults and their families.

We recognize that the health and wellbeing of our padresy abuelitos is directed related to care and nurturing from their families and communities. As an organization and as members of our communities we work together to share the best of us so that our elders can enjoy their golden years in health and security, surrounded by family and friends. To accomplish this goal, NHCOA works hand-in-hand with local community organizations, government agencies, and private-sector entities nationwide to promote high-quality services for our aging Hispanic population.

We invite you to explore our website and join us in supporting and celebrating our Hispanic older generation!

Sharing The Best of Us
