Personalized plates

You can personalize your plate for a one-time fee of $50, in addition to the regular registration fee. A personalized plate must have at least three letters and a maximum of seven characters in combination of letters and numbers.

If you lease a vehicle and get personalized, courtesy or special plates, you can now get additional sets of the same personalized plate (differentiated by a subscript). Contact MVC for more information. The cost will be set by the chief administrator.

Complete the form and mail it, with the fee, to the address noted on the form for processing.
