Support Groups

Many communities offer caregiver support groups. This is an opportunity for you to share information and feel connected to others who are providing care, just like you. Support groups are often organized through local Area Agencies on Aging. Your local aging office can direct you to a support group that can help.

Check with your local aging agency about a support group near you.

Contact the Eldercare Locator for information about support groups
across the country.
