Christine Dobridge
Deputy Assistant Secretary for Macroeconomic Analysis

Christine L. Dobridge was appointed Deputy Assistant Secretary for Macroeconomic Analysis in the Office of Economic Policy on May 12, 2008. Ms. Dobridge oversees operations of the Office of Macroeconomic Analysis and is responsible for analyzing current and prospective economic developments in the United States. She also assists in the assessment and development of economic policy initiatives and participates in the economic forecasting process for the Administration’s budget.

Previously, Ms. Dobridge served as Senior Advisor to Treasury’s Assistant Secretary for Economic Policy. Before joining Treasury, she worked as a U.S. economist for Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and served on the staff of the White House Council of Economic Advisers.

Ms. Dobridge received her B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College and is an M.A. candidate in Economics at New York University.
