Using this form is the quickest way for you to
communicate with my office electronically.
Because of the large volume of mail I receive every
day,
I can only respond to my constituents from Michigan, which is why
I require your postal address in all e-mails sent to my office.
For security reasons, my
office does not accept attachments in e-mails. Anything attached
to e-mail messages is deleted before it reaches my office. This
is to protect the U.S. Senate servers from viruses.
Even though we request your postal address, you
will receive your response via e-mail.
If you have problems using this form, or questions
about my e-mail policy, feel free to call my Washington, DC office
at (202) 224-4822.
You should always include
your full postal address at the very top of your message to be sure
it gets processed right away.
