WHAT IS RFC-AGENCY LINK?

RFC-Agency link is an Internet application of the Government On-Line Accounting Link Information Access System II (GOALS II/IAS). This application provides Federal Program Agencies (FPAs) access to check issue information from Regional Finance Centers using a standard web browser and access via the Internet.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

The RFC Agency Link application allows the user to access its daily disbursement activity processed through all Regional Finance Centers via the Internet. FPAs are able to access Confirmed Date Reports and Transmission Verification Reports. In addition, there are a large variety of sorts available to enable FPAs to access the data they need more quickly.

This application receives hourly transmissions from the Regional Finance Centers to provide the most up-to-date information to FPAs. In addition, fifteen months of historical data is available on-line and can be downloaded in a variety of formats.
