This article says that "bridge games are on the wane" and volunteerism is up among older Americans, many of whom are looking into joining the Peace Corps. A growing number of baby boomers, as well as their seniors from previous generations from in and around Seattle are looking into signing up. Skilled professionals are now flocking to informational meetings to find out what it's like to be a Peace Corps Volunteer.
