State Specific Comments:

Alaska Phased program over three (3) years. At time of program approval, Alaska will administer the NPDES program for domestic discharges (individual and general permits), log storage and transfer facilities, seafood processing facilities (individual and general permits), and hatcheries.
Oklahoma Partial Program (All parts of program within jurisdiction of Oklahoma DEQ are authorized)
Texas Partial Program (All parts of program within jurisdiction of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality are authorized. Texas is now issuing stormwater general permits. Additional information on Authorization Status for EPA's Stormwater Construction Program.
