Event Information: The morning session topics will cover the formation of a business entity and the state and federal income tax implications of each, the business licenses required for both city and state, and all necessary tax and licensing information concerned in the initiation and conduct of ones business.
The afternoon session topics will cover business entities, the selection and determination upon the manner in which to conduct ones’ business; a proprietorship; a partnership; a limited partnership; a corporation; a limited liability company (LLC) and the formation, function and management of each. Also discussed is the entire manner and legal implications in the conduct of ones’ business.
