This page is designed to provide you with e-mail access to our Business Services staff, who will assist you in resubmitting document filing and information access work requests that have been rejected.
If you received a rejection notice from our Business Support Services (Commercial Recording) Bureau and would like assistance in resubmitting your work request, you may send us an e-mail and we will respond with additional instructions.

We will endeavor to answer all requests for assistance within three business days of receipt, with all responses by e-mail. Our ability to respond in a timely fashion depends on the volume and complexity of requests received during the course of a day. Please note that for complex issues, we may need to request copies of the documents you submitted.
Obtaining General Assistance and Scope of Service
If you need general assistance before submitting a work request, you may call (609) 292-9292, or access our general information pages and on-line forms service. In this connection, please be aware that this is NOT a document pre-clearance service. That is, we cannot pre-clear documents for filing through this service.
Our goal in providing this service is to help customers who have received rejection notices secure the filing and information access services they seek without further delay and frustration.
In this connection, we recognize that it is most desirable to process all work requests the first time we receive them, or failing this, to insure that our rejection notices are self-explanatory. Realistically, however, we believe that we must be prepared to handle work requests that do not meet basic legal requirements or that lack sufficient information for processing. As a practical matter, knowing that many of our customers may not be familiar with the technical and legal aspects of our work, we must also be prepared to provide additional explanations to customers who have received rejection notices.
Once we have responded and you have corrected your filing or work request, you may resubmit your material using one of the three options below.
