This activity is composed of three branches:

• Field Investigations
• Compliance Services, and
• Special Procedures

The Compliance Activity is primarily responsible for the collection of delinquent and deficient taxes from businesses and individuals. Compliance Activity also pursues new and existing taxpayers to ensure compliance with existing tax laws.
