FCA Offices and Officials

The 256 full- and part-time employees of FCA work together to ensure that the Farm Credit System remains a dependable source of credit for agriculture and rural America. The Agency has two primary responsibilities:

  1. Issuing regulations and other guidance for FCS institutions to follow
  2. Examining FCS banks and associations to ensure their safety, soundness, and compliance with laws and regulations

The Office of Regulatory Policy performs the first responsibility, and the Office of Examination, with its five field offices, performs the second. The other offices support the Agency in meeting its mission.
