EagleCashâ„¢

Getting Started

Deployed to a U.S. peacekeeping or contingency area of operation?

Enroll in the EagleCash program, and leave your ATM card and checkbook at home!

Authorized military personnel and contractors at any one of the approximately 45 U.S. military installations where EagleCash has been deployed can enroll in the EagleCash program and access their U.S. funds using an EagleCash card, instead of using an ATM or writing checks.

To become a cardholder, visit the participating U.S. Army or U.S. Air Force Finance Office on post and enroll in the program. At Finance you will be asked to submit DD Form 2887 and select a PIN. You will be issued an EagleCash card, which can be used immediately to access funds in your U.S. checking or savings account, and to make purchases at the Post Exchange or Base Exchange, Postal Facility and most concessionaries on base.
